What is inside the sleeve

How to wear it

Pull the sleeve over your foot and up past the knee.
Centre the silicone ring over your kneecap.
Smooth the knit so there are no folds. It should feel snug, not tight.

Care: hand wash cold with mild soap, air dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry.

How long can I wear it?
