Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery time (United States)

Estimated delivery time to the United States is 10–20 business days after the order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, peak seasons, customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates, and any free-shipping threshold, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order. If tracking has not updated for 7 days, contact us.

Multiple items

Items in one order may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates. You will receive tracking for each package.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices include applicable taxes where required. If any import duties or fees apply in your destination, they are shown at checkout or are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us right away if you need to correct an address.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@kneeglide.com and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
